- How long will it take?
- Depending on the size of the area and amount of staining and dirt build up - most drives, paths, patios or forecourts will be cleaned within one day.
- What are the processes involved?
- There are several clean and efficient stages of work...
Stage 1. Assess area to be cleaned.
Stage 2. Clean surface removing algae, dirt, weed growth and most stains.
Stage 3. Re-sand when surface is dry.
Stage 4. Apply season long preventative weed control. - What about Re-sanding and weed control?
- This can only take place once the area is completely dry, weather permitting - usually 24 to 48 hours after cleaning. Again, this stage should be finished within one day.
- Will there be any disruption?
- While work is being carried there will only be an absolute minimum of disruption - after each stage our fully trained staff will always leave the site clean and tidy.
- Can stains be removed?
- Mould, mildew, algae, paint, mortar and even oil stains may often be completely removed. Our staff will advise on individual stains as age and the porosity of the material can have an affect.
- Do you require access to a mains water supply?
- Yes. We do require access to an outdoor mains water supply with adequate pressure.
- Will I have to stay off the surface after cleaning?
- After cleaning - no. But after weed treatment has been applied, it is recommended to keep all children, pets and public off the area until it has dried, which is usually within 1-2 hours, depending on weather.
- Will the cleaning process damage my paving?
No – the flat surface cleaner used on drives and paths, etc, is designed to provide even
pressure washing. This technique will not undermine sand infills or damage the surface. The
equipment used is regulated and can be adjusted accordingly to suit different surfaces and
materials. Although, loose/old morter may be washed away and require re-pointing as a result.
This state-of-the-art flat surface cleaner has been designed to combat the damage caused
by general pressure washing which leaves unsightly lines in your block paving.
We will restore your investment to its former glory and provide an efficient, reliable service with full after sales care - GUARANTEED.
